🌿 ATX Growers — Returns & Refund Policy


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Orders containing live plants cannot be refused or returned once shipped due to perishability.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns for the following items only:

  • Unopened seed packets

  • Unused, non-perishable merchandise

To be eligible:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility


Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Live plants

  • Opened seed packets

  • Perishable items

  • Custom-made or made-to-order items (including subscriptions and curated bundles)

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Items returned in damaged or used condition

Live plants are final sale due to their perishable nature.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at atxgrowers@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Damage claims are reviewed case by case.
Approved claims may result in a replacement or store credit at our discretion.


Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email atxgrowers@gmail.com with your order number

  2. Wait for return approval and instructions

  3. Ship the item back in unopened, original condition

Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the item cost only.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Refused Packages

Packages refused or returned to sender will be processed as follows:

  • Non-perishable, unopened items: eligible for refund of item cost only once returned

  • Live plant shipments: not eligible for refund if refused or returned


Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after processing.

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The item is not returned

  • The seed packet has been opened

  • The return arrives damaged

  • The order contained live plants

  • The cancellation request was received after shipping
