🌿 3. ATX Growers – Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped.
Because we begin processing orders immediately and seed packets are lightweight and time-sensitive, we cannot intercept or cancel packages once a label is purchased.

If you placed an order by mistake:
• You may allow delivery and request a return (unopened only)
• Or refuse delivery, and USPS will return it automatically
Refund will be issued for the item cost only once the unopened package is returned to us.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
