Seeds and small garden goods ship nationwide within the United States.
Live plants ship within Texas only to ensure plant health and reduce environmental impact.
🌿 Why do live plants only ship within Texas?
Shipping live plants long distances increases stress, damage, and waste. By limiting plant shipping to Texas, we can:

Seeds and small goods can safely ship nationwide.
🪴 What sizes of plants do you ship?
We ship live plants up to 3-gallon containers.
Larger plants, tall or top-heavy specimens, and heavy decorative containers are available for local pickup or local delivery only.
📦 Is there a minimum order?
Yes. We require a $25 minimum order on all purchases.
Shipping and delivering very small orders is environmentally inefficient and increases packaging and transportation impact. A minimum order allows us to ship more responsibly while ensuring products arrive in good condition.
🪴 Why do starter plant trays ship differently?
Starter plant trays are packed and shipped as a single consolidated unit. This:

Tray shipping rates are calculated separately and are not eligible for free shipping.
🚚 When do you ship live plants?
Live plants typically ship Monday and Tuesday (Wednesday only when conditions allow).
We avoid shipping later in the week to prevent weekend delays.
🌡️ What happens during extreme weather?
To protect plant quality, shipments may be delayed during periods of:

If a delay is needed, customers will be notified before shipment.
📍 Do you offer local delivery?
Yes. Local delivery is available within 25 miles of ZIP code 78726.

🏡 What if I won’t be home for delivery?
You may leave delivery instructions at checkout (for example, shaded porch or side yard).
Once an order is delivered to the requested location, responsibility transfers to the customer.
🔁 Do you accept returns?
Because live plants are perishable, plants are not returnable once shipped or delivered.
If there is an issue with your plant order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include photos so we can assist.
Seeds and small goods may be eligible for return in accordance with our Refund Policy.
