Terms and Conditions for ATX Growers eGift Cards

Introduction: By purchasing or using an ATX Growers eGift card, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Issuance and Redemption:

• Purchase eGift cards online through our website.
• Redeem eGift cards for products at ATX Growers.
• eGift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase other eGift cards.

Expiration and Fees:

• eGift cards do not expire.
• No fees are charged for purchasing or using eGift cards.

Balance and Use:

• Check your eGift card balance online or by contacting customer support.
• eGift cards are non-transferable and should be treated like cash. ATX Growers is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use.

Refunds and Exchanges:

• eGift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Refunds for purchases made with an eGift card will be credited back to the eGift card.

Fraud and Abuse:

• ATX Growers reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold for review any eGift card if fraud or abuse is suspected.

Modification and Termination:
