A $25 minimum order applies to all purchases to reduce environmentally inefficient micro-shipments and ensure products arrive safely.
Seeds and small garden goods ship nationwide within the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons).

To protect plant health and reduce environmental impact, live plants ship within Texas only.
We ship plant sizes that can safely and sustainably travel, up to a maximum of 3-gallon containers. Larger plants, tall or top-heavy specimens, and heavy decorative containers are available for local pickup or local delivery only.
Live plant shipping rates are tiered by order total to account for packaging, handling, and safe transport:
Orders under $50: $14.99
$50–$99.99: $19.99
$100–$149.99: $24.99
$150–$199.99: $29.99
$200–$299.99: $39.99
$300+: $49.99
All shipped plant orders must meet the $25 minimum order requirement.
Starter plant trays are packed and shipped as a single consolidated unit to minimize movement, reduce packaging waste, and improve plant survival during transit.
Tray shipping rates (Texas only):
1 tray: $29.99
2 trays: $39.99
3 or more trays: $49.99
Starter trays are not eligible for free shipping.

Live plants typically ship Monday through Tuesday (Wednesday only when conditions allow). We avoid shipping plants later in the week to prevent weekend delays and plant stress.
To ensure plant quality, shipments may be delayed during periods of extreme heat, cold, or severe weather. If a delay is necessary, customers will be notified prior to shipment.

Orders are packed to reduce plant stress and damage during transit. Soil is secured, plants are stabilized, and packaging is selected based on plant size, structure, and shipping method. Care instructions may be included when applicable.
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, plants are not returnable once shipped or delivered.
If there is an issue with your plant order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include photos so we can assist.
Seeds and small hard goods may be eligible for return in accordance with our Refund Policy.
